What is it?

Resveratrol is a naturally occurring phytoestrogen found in the skin of grapes, and a variety of berries. Japanese Polygonum cuspidatum contains high amounts of trans resveratrol which is the preferred form of resveratrol, for supplements as it is more bioavailable, making it easier for your body to absorb. The tables contain plant-based ingredients and vitamins. They are vegan friendly and lactose-free. The bottle is amazing and looks great on my shelf! Seems like these tablets are helping with irritability and insomnia and I feel lot of positive energy so I will stick with them for now.

So far so good. The main ingredients are resveratrol, black cohosh, pine bark extract (which I never hear of before) and shatavari. One of the changes I’ve noticed is a reduction in hot flushes and improvement in my sleep and overall mood. Will keep taking them

The bottle contains 90 capsules recommended at 1 per day, which I like. It means you get 3 months supply. It’s also vegan friendly which I like. There are some good natural ingredients linked to improving menopause. HRT isn’t possible for me, so that’s why I am looking for alternatives. I’ve only started and hope to feel the benefits.
