Directions for Use

Dissolve 3-5 g of powder in 300 ml of water.
On training days, consume directly before or after training.
On rest days, take in the morning with a meal.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Suitable for vegans.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
