The tables contain plant-based ingredients and vitamins. They are vegan friendly and lactose-free. The bottle is amazing and looks great on my shelf! Seems like these tablets are helping with irritability and insomnia and I feel lot of positive energy so I will stick with them for now.

So far so good. The main ingredients are resveratrol, black cohosh, pine bark extract (which I never hear of before) and shatavari. One of the changes I’ve noticed is a reduction in hot flushes and improvement in my sleep and overall mood. Will keep taking them
